On orders submitted by 5:00 pm, we attempt
to schedule photography, where applicable,
for the next business day (Mon-Fri), unless
you specify otherwise. Scheduling
calls are made after 5:00 pm the evening
prior to photography. Online services
are usually completed by the following
business day, but no later than 2 business
days, after the actual date of photography.
As you discuss expectations with your
sellers, please consider these timelines.
Pre-market orders (orders without an active
WFRMLS number) are posted to your Property
Tour Control Panel (Agent Log In) with a Tour ID and you are
notified by email. When your WFRMLS listing
becomes active, simply log in
to the system using the "Agent Log In"
button above. Next, click on the
image of the property to select the property
tour, then click on the "Update MLS Number/Tour
ID" option button and type in the active WFRMLS listing
number. Complete by clicking the update button and
the system will automatically post the
virtual tour link to your WFRMLS listing
(this is usually instant, but may take a few
minutes).
Note that this same procedure works should
you decide to re-list a property with a new WFRMLS listing number in the future.
