This service is designed for agents desiring the flexibility to print fact sheets themselves on demand. Our technical writer completes the layout including high-resolution photos from the SmartShowing Tour™, and writes feature descriptions based on the WFRMLS listing or information provided to us by the agent. We then make available an Adobe Reader® (.pdf) file which the agent is responsible to proof for accuracy. We provide price updates to the file as long as the listing persists at no additional charge. Keep in mind that print & color quality may vary depending on the printer. Consult printer manuals for optimum print settings.

Our Color Fact Sheets are single-sided, full-color, printed on a digital press and designed for display inside the listing. Our technical writer completes the layout including high-resolution photos from the SmartShowing Tour™, and writes feature descriptions based on the WFRMLS listing or information provided to us by the agent. We then submit a proof to the agent to review for accuracy prior to printing. We deliver the these prints, along with 100 B&W prints (not photo copies) designed for exterior fact sheet boxes, to the agent or directly to the listing if located within Salt Lake County.

Here is one of the advantages our clients use to leverage their current listings and/or sales to get more listings. Whether an agent's marketing targets a listing's neighborhood, a "farm" area or other real estate professionals, our customizable postcards are the perfect solution. Our technical writer completes the layout including high-resolution photos from the SmartShowing Tour™ on the full-color side and works with the agent to produce the customizable layout in grayscale printing on the reverse.
